1. Nature of Paid Bids

BestSEOTool operates a real-time, competitive pay-to-rank platform. When you place a bid or boost an existing listing, server resources and immediate promotional positioning are granted upon payment verification.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the real-time, competitive nature of leaderboard placement, verified bids are generally non-refundable once published or active on the public leaderboard. Bids cannot be retracted simply because a competing tool subsequently outbid your position.

3. Exceptions & Disputed Charges

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate accidental billing resulting from a technical gateway glitch.
• Unauthorized fraudulent transactions reported within 7 days.
• A submitted listing that was rejected by our moderation team prior to publication.
