By accessing BestSEOTool ("the Platform") or submitting an online product, SaaS tool, or business listing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Promotional Bidding & Pay-to-Rank

Rankings displayed on the platform are determined based on verified, paid bids in US Dollars ($ USD). Bids represent promotional consideration for placement on our directories. Bidding does not grant ownership, equity, or control over the platform.

3. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that promotes malware, phishing, illegal activities, copyrighted content infringement, fraudulent claims, or hate speech without notice.

4. Dynamic Rankings & Competition

Positions on the leaderboard are dynamic. Another user may outbid your position at any time. We do not guarantee a fixed duration for any rank position unless explicitly stated in a custom agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

BestSEOTool and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime, leaderboard fluctuations, or third-party interactions.
